| Curriculum
Begins her career very young as a piano teacher and choir in several town conservatoires, bringing this activity into line with her upper studies of Piano, Education, Chamber Music and Singing of Scales, which finishes with the highest marks in the Conservatoires of Bilbao and Vitoria.
In 1994 she is taken on as Accompanist at the Superior Conservatoire of Bilbao, offering also recitals with instrumentalists such as the saxophonist Claude Delangle.
In 1995, and introduced by maestro Alejandro Zabala, starts specializing in vocal repertoire. She has also received pieces of advice from other specialists as Miguel Zanetti, Felix Lavilla, Dalton Baldwin and Alfred Herzog.
She offers a huge amount of recitals with singers as Garbiñe Abendaño, Mikeldi Atxalandabaso, Irantzu Bartolomé, Pedro Calderón, Fernando Latorre, Irene Ojanguren, Miguel Olano, Nuria Orbea, Javier Palacios, José Luis Sola, Marta Ubieta and José Antonio Urdiain inside and out of the country.
This collaboration is particularly intense with the soprano Ainhoa Garmendia, who with because of the birth centenary of Julián Bautista and Tomás Garbizu, and developed by Cervantes Institute, has offered concerts in Poland, Germany, Greece and Rumania. In April 2002, she has made a tour of concerts around several North American Universities with the baritone Fernando Latorre, paying homage to the poet Rafael Alberti with a program called "La voz del mar" ("Sea's voice").
She has taken part in periods as the Quincena Musical (Musical Fortnight) of San Sebastian, Musikaste de Rentería, Young Artists of the Opera Partners Association of Madrid, or Young Artists of Deusto University.
She has also performed as official pianist in the National Youth Musicals Singing Competition, as well as in several courses and master class given by maestros such as Isabel Rey, Teresa Berganza, Ana Louisa Chova and Gianni Mastino (singing), Claude Delangle (saxophone), José Luis Estelles (clarinet).
In 1996 begins her collaboration with the A.B.A.O. (Opera Partners Association of Bilbao), mixing scene work with the corepetition one in more than twenty titles.
In April 1999 makes her debut as scenario Musical Conductor and Corepetidor Maestro, carrying out a whole of eighteen titles with Maestros Friedrich Haider, Manuel Galdulf, Günther Neuhold, Daniele Callegari, Antonello Allemandi, W.D. Hauschild, Paolo Arrivabeni, Ralf Weikert, Yoram David, Stefan Anton Reck, Eric Hüll, Marco Guidarini, Roberto Rizzi Brignoli and Pier Giorgio Morandi.
This current season 2003-2004, she has been requested by the Royal Theatre of Madrid as Repetidor Maestro for Siegfried operas and Götterdämmerung of Wagner under maestro Peter Schneider's baton, as well as from the Liceu of Barcelona for the first one of the above mentioned under maestro Bertrand de Billy's baton.
She has been Conductor and Pianist of several courses in the Art and Culture Meetings developed by Basque Country University during the last three years. She is also Repertoire Teacher in Musikene, the Superior Music Centre of the Basque Country, in which she has filled the studies leadership during the course 2002-2003. |
